Divisional Director, Rural Division – Howden Insurance Brokers LTD
With over two decades in the insurance industry, Esther brings a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for supporting rural communities. Her journey began in personal lines underwriting, evolving into High Net Worth Underwriting (HNW). She was given an opportunity to join the well-respected Lloyds Broker RK Harrison in 2004 under their farm and estate division, which subsequently became part of Howden in 2015.
Now, as Divisional Director, Esther focuses on delivering bespoke insurance solutions and exclusive products for the UK Rural community. She believes in building lasting relationships and ensuring every client receives the right protection—backed by expert advice and a deep understanding of the diverse needs of the rural sector.
