Biography
Lorraine brings over 35 years of experience in taxi insurance, along with extensive knowledge across all personal lines. She joined Howden in 2024, having begun her career at Laurie Ross in 1987.
In the early years of her career, Lorraine managed several branches specialising in taxi, car, home, and van insurance. She later moved into the role of Training Manager, where she shared her expertise across all product lines with new team members.
Her passion for education and client care led her to play a key role in developing an in-depth guide to taxi insurance, designed to help colleagues better understand insurer schemes and adopt a more client-focused approach. Today, Lorraine is proud to be part of a team that puts clients first — ensuring everyone is listened to, informed, and supported throughout their journey with Howden.
