Biography
Coming from a background in manufacturing, an industry where quality matters and errors can be detrimental to a client’s ability to operate, joining Howden insurance brokers in 2018 only made sense for Marvin.
During his time at Howden, he has been able to develop a multitude of key skills that have led him to setting up and developing a commercial department within the heart of the beautiful city of Oxford.
This is something that Marvin cherishes, as a lifetime achievement, as it gives him the opportunity to work with a multitude of local businesses, whilst at the same time helping develop colleagues, with regards to all things commercial insurance, personal development, and client centricity.
