Biography
Rachel has worked at Howden insurance for over twenty years and is currently working as Operations Manager in the Redditch office, who trade as both Club Care Insurance and Shield Total Insurance.
Throughout her time working at Howden Rachel has gained experience in underwriting leisure specialist lines insurance products such as a Lloyd’s Coverholder, as well as a gaining a great knowledge of a wide range of personal lines insurance products,
Rachel’s experience whilst working for Howden also includes co-writing leisure insurance policies, managing large sales teams, CII team training, charity work and marketing.
